Who controls your data

The controller of the email address submitted through the reader-list form is Greg Ciupek. For privacy requests, contact office@gregciupek.com.

What we use your email for

We use your email address only to send Greg Ciupek’s newsletter: news about his books, true business stories and selected updates. The legal basis is your consent. Providing the address and giving consent are voluntary.

How consent works

The form requires a separate, unticked checkbox. We record the time, source page and wording/version of the consent so that the choice can be demonstrated. You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by writing to office@gregciupek.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.

Who processes the data

The mailing list is operated in NetSendo. Email delivery may be handled through SendGrid. Hosting and technical service providers may process data only as needed to run and secure the website and mailing service.

How long we keep it

We keep the address while the newsletter subscription remains active. After withdrawal or unsubscribe, we stop marketing messages and retain only the limited record needed to honour the opt-out and establish or defend legal claims, for no longer than required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).

No sale of addresses

Newsletter addresses are not sold. They are not used for unrelated marketing.
