The Empire Counter shows how many people visit the sites in the fleet: The Online Empire in English and in Polish, TillRadar, MainStreetRadar, Mądry Dochód and Konto w Teście. Every number sits next to two others: the previous period of the same length, and the same days a year earlier. Only that comparison tells you whether a business is growing.

How to read the Counter
Pick a period: 7, 30 or 90 days. We always count full days, up to and including yesterday, because today is not over yet. Every period is compared in two ways:
- With the previous period of the same length. The last 7 days against the 7 days before, 30 against the previous 30, 90 against the previous 90. This shows momentum: is it getting better or worse lately.
- With the same days a year earlier. This removes seasonality: December against November almost always looks different, December against December tells the truth. Our sites launched in October 2026, so for the first year you will see "no data, the site did not exist yet" here. That is not zero, and it is not a decline.
On the chart, the amber line is the recent days, the dashed navy line is the previous period laid over it day by day (first day on first day), and the dotted gray line is the year before. Hover over or tap the chart to see exact numbers. The same data is in the tables under the charts.
Arrows and colors
- ▲ +26 (+59%) an increase: the difference in people first, then in percent.
- ▼ −4 (−20%) a decline. We call it a decline and show it in red, just as visibly as growth.
- ● no change the same number in both periods.
- no comparison nothing to compare with: the site was not live yet or its history is too short.
Why small numbers make big percentages
Traffic is small today, a few to a dozen or so people a day per site. At that scale percentages jump around: going from 5 to 7 people is +40%, although the difference is two people. That is why every change also shows absolute numbers ("from 5 to 7"), and the note under the cards says so when a percentage looks scarier or better than the numbers behind it. The direction over several weeks matters more than any single percentage.
When a period is incomplete
A site that has been live for a week does not have a full 30 days. In that case:
- if the previous period has no data at all, we do not calculate a change and say when the comparison will appear;
- if either period has data for fewer than half of its days, we do not calculate a change either, because it would be noise;
- if the periods have data for a different number of days (but at least half), we compare the daily average instead of totals and label it "avg/day".
Fleet totals also grow because new sites join. The note under the cards shows the change for the sites that were live in both periods separately. That is a fairer measure of momentum than the fleet total.
How we count
The numbers come from the logs of the server our sites run on, not from Google Analytics. Analytics only sees people who accepted cookies, so it undercounts. Logs see everything, including bots, so we filter them out in three steps:
- A human browser. We only count visits where the browser ran our tiny script (a request for
/oe-hit.txtwith no cookies and no identifiers) or downloaded the page's stylesheet. - No bots, no data centers. We drop bots by their user agent, and addresses from data centers (Google Cloud, AWS, Hetzner and others) where bots pretending to be people run.
- Not us. We skip our own fixed IP addresses and any address that logged into the WordPress dashboard that day.
A person is one browser in one day. We do not track people across days (we have no cookies or identifiers), so in a 7- or 30-day total someone who came back on day three counts again. Strictly speaking, it is the sum of daily visitors. A visit is one entry to the site (one person can come several times a day), and a pageview is every page read.
"From search" means visits from Google and Bing results, and "from AI assistants" means visits from answers in ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot and similar tools. A script recalculates the data every 30 minutes, and the page refreshes itself when yesterday's numbers change.
The Counter only shows daily totals. We never publish IP addresses, the names of visiting companies or anything that could identify a person. Days before a site launched or before its counter started (and Mądry Dochód's days from 6–9 Oct 2026, counted with an older, incomparable method) are shown as "no data".
In the "make money online" world almost nobody shows real traffic. Without it, you cannot judge what any piece of advice is worth. So we show ours, including when it is small and when it drops. We build in public, and this counter is the logbook of that build.
