Paid groups terms

Version of 28 October 2026 (two tiers: Insider and VIP).

1. Who runs the paid groups

The paid groups Empire Insider and Empire VIP are run by JG INVEST P.S.A., a simple joint-stock company registered in Poland, ul. Jana Matejki 2, 32-600 Oświęcim, Poland, KRS 0000915798, tax ID (NIP) 5492463888 ("we"). Contact: editor@gregciupek.com.

2. What Empire Insider and Empire VIP are

Paid access to private groups on Telegram:

• Empire Insider: a group where we go step by step through setting up and running online stores (domain, hosting, store, suppliers, marketplaces) and help members with configuration.
• Empire VIP: a group about affiliate marketing (bank and fintech programs, advanced affiliate projects, systems of sites), where Greg Ciupek discusses members' projects in writing. VIP access also includes the Empire Insider group.

Everything happens in writing in the groups; there are no live sessions and no guaranteed response time. The material is educational. It is not legal, tax or investment advice and does not guarantee any financial results.

You need a Telegram account (app or web.telegram.org) and an e-mail address. Telegram is a third-party service you use on its own terms.

3. Signing up and payment

1. The contract is made when you choose a plan at gregciupek.com/insider/ or /vip/, accept these terms and pay for the first period.
2. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars and are final prices. Your bank may add its own currency or foreign transaction fees.
3. The subscription renews automatically for the same period (a month or a year) and is charged to the same payment method at the start of each period.
4. You can change your plan (Insider ↔ VIP, monthly ↔ yearly) in the billing portal; the current period is prorated and your group access changes right away.
5. The founder price (Insider: first 100 members, VIP: first 20 members) applies for as long as your subscription runs without a break. We will tell you by e-mail at least 30 days before any price change to a running subscription, and you can cancel before it takes effect.

4. Access to the group

1. After payment we send an e-mail with a personal link to our bot. The bot links your Telegram account to the subscription and lets you into the groups your tier includes.
2. Access is personal. Do not share the link or the group's material with others or publish it outside the group without our consent.
3. Before you post a screenshot in the group (store, affiliate network or GA4 dashboard), blur other people's personal data: customer names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers, order and application numbers. You are responsible for the data you share in the group.
4. The community rules apply. For serious or repeated breaches (spam, referral links, abuse of other members, sharing the material) we may remove a person from the group and end the contract immediately, refunding the unused part of the period.
5. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it. Access runs to the end of the paid period plus 3 days; after that the bot removes you from the paid groups, and once you pay you come back with the same link.

5. Cancelling

Cancel any time in the billing portal (linked in your welcome e-mail and on the Insider and VIP pages) or by writing to editor@gregciupek.com. Cancelling stops future payments; access runs to the end of the paid period.

6. 14-day refund

Within 14 days of your first payment you can withdraw without giving a reason by writing to editor@gregciupek.com. We refund the full amount to the same payment method within 14 days of your message, and access to the groups ends. This applies to everyone, including business customers, and does not limit any statutory consumer rights you have where you live.

7. Complaints

If something does not work (no e-mail, the bot does not let you in, you were charged after cancelling), write to editor@gregciupek.com. We reply within 14 days.

8. Personal data

We process your e-mail address, payment details passed on by Stripe (never your full card number) and the ID and name of your Telegram account to perform the contract, handle payments and manage access to the group. Details in the privacy policy.

9. Final provisions

We may change these terms for good reason (changes in law, in how Telegram or Stripe work, or in the scope of the service). We will tell you by e-mail at least 14 days in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where they live.
