Eight stages. Each one ends with a working part of your store. You set the pace: some finish a stage in a week, others in a weekend.

Name, domain, hosting
Pick a store name and check it is free. Register the domain, set up hosting, e-mail on your domain and an SSL certificate.

Your first store
Set up the store (WooCommerce or a hosted platform), connect the domain, add business details, payments, shipping and store policies.

Choosing suppliers and dropshipping, product import, prices and margin, listing on marketplaces.

Design with Hermes
The Hermes AI agent prepares the look, banners, and category and product descriptions. You edit and approve.

Category structure, titles and descriptions, structured data, a store that ChatGPT and other AI assistants can read.

Caching and the PageSpeed score, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console and Bing Webmaster Tools.

E-mail marketing with NetSendo
Double opt-in sign-up, a welcome sequence, campaigns and segments for customers. The store sends abandoned cart reminders; NetSendo runs the list.

How to join
- Pick a plan and pay through Stripe (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay).
- You get an e-mail with a personal link to the bot @gregciupek_theonlineempire_bot. One tap links your Telegram account to your subscription.
- The bot gives you a button to the group and approves your join request right away.
- In the group you go step by step. Every step is concrete settings. You ask questions under the step you are on.
- The subscription renews automatically. Cancel with one click in the billing portal: access runs to the end of the paid period.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a company to start?
Not always on day one. In the group we talk about when a side project is fine and when you need a business entity. Make the final tax decision with an accountant: the group is education, not tax advice.
Are there live calls?
No. Everything happens in writing in the group: steps, questions and answers. You can come back to any answer, and others learn from your questions.
What does "founder price" mean?
The first 100 members pay $19 a month or $190 a year and keep that price for as long as their subscription runs. If you cancel and come back later, you pay the price of the day you return.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Within 14 days of your first payment, e-mail editor@gregciupek.com from the address you paid with. You get the full amount back, no questions asked.
Does Insider promise income?
No. I show how to set up and run a store. How much it sells depends on your products, prices, work and market.
Will I get a receipt?
A receipt for every payment and your invoice history are in the billing portal. For a company invoice, e-mail editor@gregciupek.com.
